Application: Mix one part of Neutralizer with one part of warm water in fixative applicator. Use immediately. Apply the diluted Neutralizer on each perm rod. Application time is 6-10 minutes. Remove the perm rods and use the neutralizer a second time. Rinse thoroughly.

Application: Wash hair and towel dry. Place the rods. Apply Master Perm thoroughly on each rod. Cover rods with a plastic cap whilst the perm is processing. The reaction time is 10-15 minutes. If you use heat reaction time reduces by half the necessary time.
Now rinse with water thoroughly. Wipe up all the water even from the rods. Neutralize!
